ICL Unites
ICL encourages its employees to voluntarily contribute towards corporate responsibility initiatives identified by the organization. Our employees take time out to participate in activities that make a difference to the community.
ICL Units
This year, the key beneficiaries of the employee volunteer program were children in India. Six days throughout the year have been identified to direct the volunteering activities towards addressing concerns around children.
These are:
World Book day, 23 April;
World Day against Child Labour, 12 June;
National Sports Day, 29 August;
World Literacy Day, 8 September;
International Girl Child Day, 11 October;
World Disability Day, 3 December.
