The ICL Development & Performance (TDP) Process

Throughout the year you will have personal feedback and guidance through the TDP Process. You and your manager will discuss performance and achievements, your ambitions and how you can continue to grow and influence change in ICL.

Along with the dialogues, TDP will support you in target setting and review of your talents by the management team.

Every year all employees in ICL have a chance to voice their honest opinions regarding the state of organization and leadership, and thus be part in developing ICL’s unique performance culture.

Internal Mobility in ICL

ICL believes that employees with a global mindset and the ability to exchange ideas across borders are critical for international success. Flow of talent and knowledge globally help the company challenge tradition, strengthen ties between markets and create an environment that encourages diversity and innovation.

We enable eligible employees to work abroad in the countries where ICL operates. Employees may join projects on a short-term basis, take a job abroad for a couple of years or chose to permanently move to another country. In 2011, 260 employees chose to work across borders, enriching their personal and professional experiences and opening the door to new possibilities.
