Other Unit
In addition to our own telephony and broadcast services, we have substantial activities in subsidiaries and joint venture operations as part of the ICL Global Group business. While some are seen as a pure financial investment, others are important in order to support and develop the core business of ICL Global.
Associated Companies
An associated company is an entity over which ICL Global Group has significant influence and that is not a subsidiary or a joint arrangement. Significant influence is the means to participate in the financial and operating policy decisions of the investee, but without the ability to have control over those policies.
